We have had the pleasure of working with Jonathan twice: During Covid he made bookcases for our living room (see photos) with storage cabinets underneath. The results were outstanding- they look like they have always been part of the house. This year we had Jonathan replace our ramshackle front balconies, create a door for the exterior under our house and fill in some flashing work. All excellent work. See photos below. Jonathan is super easy to work with and highly communicative. I have had numerous issues with contractors in the past who don’t show up, don’t return phone calls, etc. Jonathan does none of this- he is on time, calls/texts if there is any delay, tells you exactly what is going to happen and when, and truly works with you to ensure that you are happy with the project. Jonathan is incredibly personable and treats you more like you are a friend he is helping out then as a client; however, he is highly professional. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire Jonathan again- and you shouldn’t hesitate to hire him, either!
